Ladyjuice has built our own clothes factory which strictly controls the products quality as well as providing our customer with maximum peace of mind, we accept return & exchange demands within 14 days after delivery.

Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery and returns fees back. Return Procedure

1.Take a clear photo for the item
2.Contact our customer service team via support@ladyjuice and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend？
4.Customer service team will send you the address of Ladyjuice's international center, please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure
5.Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
6.Notify us the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).
7.All the exchange or refund will be processed within 2 working days once we have received the item(s). The refund time depends on the payment method:

(1) PayPal refunds may take up to 3-5 working days.

(2) Credit card refunds will take around 7-14 working days. The specific time depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Non-Returnable Items:
At Ladyjuice, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, Custom-Made are non-returnable or exchangeable due to their nature or custom-made characteristics.

Customized Products:
While customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, we offer a complimentary repair service. If you need assistance with a damaged item, please email support@ladyjuice.com and provide a clear image of the issue along with your order number.

NOTICE

1.The Package must be restored to the unopened state
2.Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
3.Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
4.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
5.The returned package must be printed and accompanied by an RMA slip.
